- Verify carriers, loads, freight terms, and special shipping instructions.
- Print packaging slips and generate bills lading
- Assist shipping department with documentation for small and air freight shipment
- Complete data entry assignments as instructed
- Ensure all parties receive the necessary paperwork
- Filling and organization of shipping documents
- Follow standard operating procedures of the department
- Keep the work area cleaned and organized
- Perform additional job duties as assigned by Warehouse Leadership.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Request rate quotes
- Update customer data
- Overtime and weekend work assigned as needed.
