Job Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Business Office Manager to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of the business.
Duties:
- Provide organizational support to the business manager
-Conduct background checks and other legal forms as needed.
- Receive inventory and manage POS activity.
- Monitor customer activity and sales trends to make recommendations to management on stock items and business strageic planning.
- Assist in training development programs for employees as needed.
- Manage office tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Handle clerical duties such as data entry and filing
- Participate in event planning and coordination
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Supervise and manage team members effectively
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Manage calendars and schedules efficiently
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Retail POS Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent team management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge about hunting, firearms, or ammunition a plus.
