We’re hiring Housekeepers to Live. Work. Explore. this season!

Job Summary:
Housekeepers are charged with cleaning and sanitizing hotel rooms and cabins. Vacuum, sweep, make beds, change linens, and clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and all surface areas. 

The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal (minimum 3 months) or Year-Round 
Season Dates: ASAP
Pay: $13.75 per hour

Housing/Meals: $13.50 per day
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and cabins to the trained standards.
• Follow trained procedures of chemical use and room cleaning.
• Be courteous and welcoming with all guest interactions.
• Comply with the established housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Assist in other housekeeping duties as assigned by the Rooms Inspector/Leadership.

• Previous Housekeeping experience helpful, but not required.
• Perform strenuous activities such as standing, walking, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, and finger dexterity.
• Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds as needed throughout the day. Constant lifting and carrying of supplies and linens throughout the shift.
• Making beds, bending, kneeling, stretching, and reaching as needed for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Standing for long periods of time, frequent walking up and down stairs, as well as in outdoor areas.
• Pushing a hotel cart or cabin cart up to 50-75 pounds as needed.
• Working safely with required chemicals.
