We’re hiring General Maintenance Technicians to Live. Work. Explore. in Zion National Park!

Job Summary:
General Maintenance Technician's are tasked with performing routine maintenance repairs, fielding service requests, and providing preventative maintenance efforts on historical buildings.

The Details:
Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Start Dates: ASAP
Pay: $14.80/hr 

Housing/Meals: $13.50 per day
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours a week, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance repairs and tasks on historic lodge, cabins, guest rooms, and employee dorms.
  • Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer services to our guests and coworkers alike.
  • Performs lifting, shoveling, clean-up work, snow and ice removal, painting and assist in general maintenance work.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical preferred.
  • Able to read, understand and comply with all current Company policies and procedures.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must possess physical stamina and condition to withstand heavy labor related work in an outside environment.
  • Must be capable of lifting objects weighing up to 70 pounds with reasonable accommodations provided.
