Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to heavy equipment operation and excavation projects. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the civil construction industry and develop valuable skills.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, rollers, water trucks, excavators.
- Perform tasks including shoveling, pipe work, grade checking, and laser set up and operation
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of construction plans
- Assist with general labor duties as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in heavy equipment operation is mandatory
- Knowledge of commercial and residential excavation practices and procedures is mandatory.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Proficiency in operating equipment such as loaders, rollers, excavators, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
