Executive Summary: We seek a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to join X-Bow Systems, a leading solid rocket motor technology company. The Paralegal will support our legal team in managing contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and other legal matters to ensure smooth and efficient legal operations within the company.

Responsibilities:
Legal Support: • Assist the legal team with preparing, reviewing, and managing various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate records. • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support legal proceedings and company projects. • Prepare and file necessary legal documentation with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Market Analysis: • Support the analysis of industry trends in the solid rocket motors sector, focusing on defense, aerospace, and commercial applications. • Assist in assessing competitors' legal strategies, market share, and compliance practices.
Contract Management: • Manage the lifecycle of contracts from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal. • Maintain a centralized contract management system to ensure all contracts are organized and easily accessible. • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions and monitor key contract dates and obligations.

Legal Research: • Conduct legal research on various topics, including industry-specific regulations, case law, and legal precedents. • Summarize findings and provide reports to the legal team to support decision-making processes.
Litigation Support: • Assist with preparing legal documents and evidence for litigation and dispute resolution. • Coordinate with external legal counsel and provide support during legal proceedings. • Maintain organized records of all litigation-related documents and correspondence.

Corporate Governance: • Assist in preparing and maintaining corporate governance documents, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and bylaws. • Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and best practices.
Risk Management: • Identify potential legal risks and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies. • Support the legal team in implementing policies and procedures to minimize legal risks.
Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business, or a related field; Paralegal certification preferred.

• Proven experience as a Paralegal, preferably within the aerospace, defense, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of contract management, compliance, and intellectual property laws.

• Excellent organizational, research, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in legal research tools and contract management software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
