Law Office of Mark Kinzler, P.C. is Hiring an Immigration Paralegal Near Austin, TX

Full-Time Immigration Paralegal needed for fast-paced immigration law practice:
-Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (Speaking and writing required)
-Must maintain good communication and rapport with clients and potential clients.
-Must be able to follow instructions carefully but also work independently.

Please note that we require applicants to have previous paralegal experience in immigration or any other fields of law.

We are looking for someone who is not only organized and detail-oriented but also self-motivated and eager to learn. This role offers a unique opportunity to delve into the complexities of immigration law and grow professionally.

Experience:

- To qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of experience in a paralegal role.

- Candidates with prior experience in immigration paralegal work are preferred.

- Candidates with prior experience in litigation are preferred.

- You must be proficient in using multiple forms of office software.

- A Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field is considered a plus, but it is not mandatory.

Job duties: Included but not limited to
-Assisting the attorney in preparing immigration applications and immigration court filings
-Providing support to the attorneys in litigation matters and case preparation
-Assisting the attorney in communicating with various governmental agencies
-Working with clients in the preparation of their cases
-Managing incoming/outgoing phone calls and client contacts
-Filing, organizing, and maintaining case files
-Other general office duties

The position is a full-time job requiring 40 hours of work per week, although overtime may occasionally be necessary. The pay will depend on your experience and qualifications.
