Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services and amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures, is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and transactions

Pay: $15.26 - $20.00 per hour
