The Role
Ensure guest satisfaction and overall efficiency of front office operations, to train staff as outlined in the Front Office Training Procedures and ensure staff is prepared to provide excellence to our guests and visitors at all times
What you'll do
- Assist the GM in tasks
- Train/maintain front office staff
- Be available when front office staff has questions or concerns
You'll be successful if you have
- Demonstrate responsibility and respect
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Possesses good written and oral communication skills
- At least; 2-5 years of hotel/front office experience
Required Qualifications/Experience
- 2-5 years of hotel/front office experience
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Google and Microsoft
