Special Note Regarding Working From Home :

This is a work from home position for candidates who reside in the state of Missouri and must be in the Springfield / Branson area Due to business constraints, candidates outside the state of Missouri will not be considered for this position and should not apply.

Successful candidates must be able to report to one of our Texas locations for new hire paperwork on day one and meet our work at home requirements (see below).

Our next new hire training class is scheduled to start on June 28th, 2024

How You’ll Shine

As an Inbound Reservations Agent, you’ll make booking vacations a breeze for owners. You’ll learn everything you need to know about our timeshare products, brands, resorts, and destinations.

Though no two days are the same at Wyndham Destinations, you’ll have the opportunity to :

Make reservations for ownersTroubleshoot reservation issues and help owners change or cancel existing reservationsAsk discovery questions to learn more about owners’ vacation preferencesBecome an expert on our resorts, amenities, and destinationsCheck resort availability and suggest alternative dates or accommodations if neededConfirm reservation details to ensure accuracy and explain policiesEducate owners about vacation insurance and points protectionProvide assistance with additional travel planningAnswer questions about the vacation club product and how it’s used

You will start your career in the Reservations department to master this role. Based on your performance, you will have the opportunity to transition into dual branding or an elevated que to grow your career and help put the world on vacation.

Pay and Schedule :

$14.00 an hour Training schedule (4 weeks) : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00PM CSTInitial schedule after training : 12 : 30pm-9 : 00pm CST during the week and 10 : 30am-7 : 00pm CST on weekends and some holiday.

A specific40 hour schedule will be given in training
