If so, ***FAIRWINDS* Credit Union** would like to speak with you! We are looking for qualified individuals to provide valuable customer service to our members through our **Call Center Member Service Representative** role at our East Orlando Support Center.
Hours of operation for our call center are **Monday - Friday (7am-7pm) and Saturday (9am-2pm)**.**Candidates must have availability for scheduling during all hours of operation**.

* Providing problem resolution for our members
* Speaking directly with members and processing needed transactions over the phone

To be considered for this position, you must have the following education and experience:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Minimum of 6 months - 1 year:
High volume inbound call center experience (non script based preferred)
Customer service experience which required problem solving and decision making
Ability to analyze problems and recommend efficient solutions
