Wyman Legal Solutions is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Law Firm Intake Specialist

We are a small but fast-growing Residential Construction Law Firm in Boca Raton, Florida, looking for an amazing salesperson to ensure that the firm is always putting its best foot forward for potential new clients. Our clients are mostly homeowners and hire us before, during, and after major home renovation and new home construction projects. Our law firm is particularly adept at helping homeowners through nightmare projects that are taking too long, costing too much, with poor work quality, and usually an abusive or absent contractor who refuses to finish the job correctly. We have marketing channels designed to attract those clients, and we need a bright, creative, empathetic, and compassionate person who can convey the value of our services to these potential clients.

The position will require sales skills and selling a specific package of services to a subset of our potential clients. For the rest of our potential clients, you will be performing intake and scheduling them for consultations with our attorneys. You will need to discuss big price points and complex problems with maturity and sensitivity. If you don’t have the stomach to follow up with prospects and have lots of telephone contact with past clients, please do not continue.

We provide training on what you need to know to help our clients best, and for the right person, this will be a highly rewarding position personally, professionally, and financially.

We believe sales is a service we do for our prospects to help educate them and to help them think through their options and make courageous decisions about their future. Even if we decide not to accept an engagement from a prospect, every prospective new client should leave our office better off than when they came in.

We believe in consultative selling, where we help our prospective new clients make sense of their situation, weigh their options, and make important and often life-changing decisions. We use the sale as the beginning of a long-term relationship with our prospective new clients. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications. Base pay of $22-$25 per hour plus incentive opportunities up to $75,000 annually. This position will be full-time and can be done in some combination of in-office and work-from-home.
