Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is seeking an Operations Manager in the Mankato, MN, area.

Operations Manager Compensation and Benefits:

· Base Salary $75 DOE, Production Bonus Structure

· Electronics Package

· Company Vehicle

Responsibilities:

· Create repeat customers by exceeding their expectations for quality and delivery of disaster restoration and cleaning services.

· Maintain production capacity through adequate staffing, equipment and supplies management.

· Maintain efficient and accurate flow of processes throughout the company.

· Development of strategic goals and business objectives for the company

· Hire, train, develop, discipline and discharge employees.

· Determine requirements and execute the evaluation process for subcontractors.

· Track the financial, and overall, performance of individuals, jobs and production of jobs.

· Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs to all production equipment and vehicles.

· Provide seamless implementation of appropriate new technology as it pertains to the delivery of services.

· Assign new projects and stay up to date through project life cycles.

· Facilitate staff meetings, employee development, employee training, etc.

· Support continuous improvement in operating processes and procedures.

· Attend trade shows and industry organization events as required.

· Respond on site and assist as needed on projects.

· Build, organize, and drive high performing teams

Requirements:

· 5 Years experience in Restoration/Construction management.

· Critical thinker, motivated to succeed personally & professionally, organized, great time management.

· IICRC required, other industry certifications desired.
