They are seeking a candidate who is adaptable with excellent problem-solving skills. As a Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing teams that repair properties damaged by disasters like water, fire, or mold. Plan restoration projects, oversee technicians, ensure safety, and maintain communication with clients and insurance companies to restore properties efficiently and effectively.

Crew Supervisor Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and oversee the work of the technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards

· Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction

· Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided

· Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects

· Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.

· Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety

· Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.

· Coach and train restoration technicians

· Complete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize proprietary software if required

· Clean and maintain all tools, equipment and supplies

· Ensure customer is satisfied and happy with the work performed

Crew Supervisor Requirements:

· 3-5 years of Restoration Industry Experience

· IICRC, WRT/ASD and MRT are a plus

· Ability to recognize and solve problems independently

· Strong communication skills
