Role overview The Client Engagement Specialist will play a critical role in growing sign-ups and member retention in our client partnerships to support WW Healthcare & Diabetes revenue goals. The day-to-day responsibilities of the Client Engagement Specialist will be to ensure the comprehensive communication and engagement strategy of our largest clients are being developed and deployed, with the goal of growing revenue within the account. The Client Engagement Specialist will partner with the Client Success Team on strengthening client relationships. Once the corporate well-being strategy for the partner is defined, the Client Engagement Specialist will drive that engagement strategy across that client’s organization. This position will be responsible for coordinating and driving participation in onsite and/or virtual events, educating and training site contacts on offerings and resources, assisting with recommending and the customization and distribution of marketing materials and promotions, facilitating in-person and virtual partnership overview presentations and supporting general engagement efforts across their assigned book of business. In this role, the Client Engagement Specialist will report to the Senior Manager, Engagement who reports to the Director of Client Success and Engagement. Key Responsibilities: Drives the development of a corporate-level annual marketing calendar and ensures tactics are being executed and performance to goals is being tracked throughout the year. Responsible for ensuring marketing strategies are deployed at the corporate level and on the local level for large national employer and health plan partnerships. Drives engagement of all WW program offerings with site-level well-being contacts. Assists clients in identifying local site contacts to be wellness ambassadors where infrastructure is not currently in place. Support wellness ambassadors by recruiting them to enroll in WW’s Wellness Insiders program, designed to drive engagement through rewards, well-being education and a community that shares best practices on how to engage their workforce in wellness. Ensures local contacts are briefed on all corporate initiatives and promotions and are empowered with the tools to communicate those messages to their site. Manage logistics and drives engagement for all partnership events, both virtual and in-person. Participate in brainstorming solutions to meet client engagement needs with Client Success and Marketing counterparts. Identify best practices within clients and industries and shares those practices across teams and clients. Customize asset templates and deploy co-branded marketing materials to site contacts and the Client Success team where appropriate. Assist in ad hoc engagement initiatives across the assigned book of business as appropriate, including support of new client launches. Proactive self-starter who is able to turn ideas into execution. Aggregate results of engagement efforts and present findings to strategic partners and clients as a way to drive future strategies based on the efforts that are driving the highest sign-ups. Serve as project management lead on the implementation of engagement solutions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Partner with Client Success Team and client to develop a deep understanding of shared goals that drive engagement and revenue. Ability to anticipate client needs and quickly adjust project plans and priorities accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum one to three years of related experience (marketing, sales, client success, project management, wellness industry) Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment Goal-oriented with a strong desire for sales success Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales and business goals Highly collaborative with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners Excellent time management skills including planning, logistics, and scheduling Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a high-paced, dispersed workforce environment #LI-Remote At WW, it is our priority to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace.
