Wurth Wood Group Inc. is Hiring an Operations Specialist Near Roanoke, VA

Position Summary:

We are seeking an eager-to-learn Operations Specialist for our Roanoke location. This is a manual labor position within our warehouse. As there is growth potential in this position, the ideal candidate will have polished customer service skills and high attention to detail. The nature of this industry will require reliability and organizational skills. This is a full-time hourly position with biweekly pay.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Correctly store products in appropriate bin locations
  • Accurately pull product according to customer order
  • Use proper procedures for loading and unloading trucks
  • Maintain warehouse organized and clean
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50LBS
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
  • Must be able to work overtime and variable shift/ hours
  • Demonstrated ability with Warehouse Management Software
  • Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to interface with customers and employees fostering excellent communication skills and customer service
  • Follow all items as laid out in Operations Manual and job description
  • Able to be forklift certified
