Operational Support works closely with the branch and loan processing team to provide pre and post-closing support to Association business partners, under direction of Loan Operations Supervisor.
Responsibilities/Duties:
* Responsible for various functions of the loan origination process including
Preparing customer records and onboarding loans to origination system;
* Prioritize tasks to meet regulatory timeframes;
* Scans, indexes, maintains and file documents with efficiency and quality control; and
* Loan data validation.
Required Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 years of professional work experience.
* Skill in processing complex, detailed forms and documents in an accurate and thorough manner.
* Customer Service - provides e xceptional service to both internal & external customers.
* Ability to work independently with general supervision and proven self-starter.
* Thorough knowledge of computer software applications.
* Knowledge of credit and accounting policies and processing procedures (preferred).
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Skilled in applying sound judgment and decision making.
* Approach work with high standards and a positive attitude, eliciting others confidence.
* Minimal travel to our offices or for training to other states.
* May require overtime with limited notice to meet Customer demands.
