Job Description / ResponsibilitiesThe Assistant Project Manager is responsible for:

• Collaborating with other departments both internally and externally to ensure the project completion based on customer's specifications
• Along with Project Manager, build and lead cross-functional teams to execute program activities
• Implement the customer service vision, plan, goals and objectives to provide world class customer service
• Work to meet customer expectations, resolve any open questions or concerns about the customer's requirements, and assist with the investigation and resolution of customer complaints
• Ensure the delivery of high quality products, services, or outcomes within the program
• Keep all operating departments informed, as necessary, of changes requested by the customer
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and report on program status to stakeholders
• Assist manufacturing in the development of methods to improve processing and parts flow
• Other tasks as assigned

Job Skills & Requirements

• Five years of work experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment
• Ability to demonstrate good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Good verbal and interpersonal skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word & Excel
• Strong E2 experience
