We are looking for an Accountant to join our Middleton, WI team who will be responsible for working with internal and external customers in various accounting roles. The Accountant will be responsible for daily transactions as well as month-end and annual closing procedures.

What You Will Do:

• You will be responsible for processing, investigating, and posting daily transactions related to accounts payable, expense reporting, accounts receivable and/or cash transactions (collections/deposits) across multiple international entities in their native currency within the organization.
• You will be responsible for completing month-end closing procedures including reconciliations, revenue and expense accruals & work papers, prepaids, and budget to actual variance investigations.
• You will epitomize customer service for both internal and external customers.
• You will work on Time & Material invoicing, billable travel, have bank activity responsibilities and work with services contracts.
• You will monitor the accounting inbox & internal ticketing system.
• This is a hybrid role, you will be expected to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 1 years of accounting experience. Recent college graduate with Accounting or Finance degree will also be considered.
• You have experience with Sage Intacct or other accounting software packages.
• You have strong Excel skills.
• You are known for being dependable, organized and detail-oriented and can make decisions and multi-task.
