Our Asset Management and Business Advisory service line provides asset lifecycle planning and enterprise transformation services on every level within an organization. We work as trusted advisors to executive leaders through to the maintenance technician - driving organization, process and activity change to realize tangible benefits - including improvements to service delivery, cost savings, risk and safety improvements.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Advisory Asset Management and Business Advisory (AMBA) group. This individual will join a group of trusted advisors in delivering business and asset solutions while helping to shape the future growth of the nation's built environment. WSP is currently initiating a search for a Consultant, Asset Management. The asset management team works nationally with team members being located across the country. The preferred home location for this posting is in Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD, or New York, NY.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $100,620 - $122,980
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
