Description:

We are excited to announce the launch of our new plans drafted through the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Job Duties:

1. Understanding Client Needs

  • Identify Client Goals:
  • Understand the client's health insurance requirements.
  • Discuss specific health concerns and needs with the client.
  • Assess Client Eligibility:
  • Verify client eligibility for different health insurance plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Plan Recommendations

  • Plan Selection Criteria:
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable health insurance plans based on client needs.
  • Consider coverage, cost, and network options.
  • Explain Plan Features:
  • Clearly communicate plan benefits and limitations.
  • Highlight deductibles, copayments, and out-of-pocket expenses.

3. Application Process

  • Documentation:
  • Collect necessary client information and documentation.
  • Ensure accurate completion of application forms.
  • Submission Process:
  • Guide clients through the submission process.
  • Confirm receipt of application and provide follow-up instructions.

4. Regulatory Compliance

  • Stay Informed:
  • Keep abreast of the latest health insurance regulations.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry changes.
  • Adhere to Ethical Standards:
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle client information ethically.
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

5. Communication Skills
