- Actively work to reduce maintenance repair and preventive maintenance costs
- Assist in developing plans to reduce breakdown related downtime
- Maintain a safe work environment and report any unsafe conditions
- Keep all work areas clean and free of oil
- Minimize the amount of downtime associated with repairs
- Additional education as required to help reduce external maintenance repair cost
- Properly complete and file all required maintenance document.
- Effectively communicate with other departments and shifts
- Complete assigned preventative maintenance activities in a timely manner
- Participates in continuous improvement process as required
- Participates in 8D problem solving as required
- Performs all other assigned duties
- Adheres to Company Policy and Procedures
- Maintains a positive and respectful attitude
- Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position
- Communicates regularly with supervisor/management regarding continuous improvement always striving for excellence
- Never comprising our integrity in business operations or community relationships
