Compensation : $30.00 to $38.00 per hour, dependent upon experience Benefits
Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, with occasional overtime

Required Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license and company-insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certification
- Well-organized with the ability to work independently
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Experience working on light commercial HVAC equipment
- Advanced customer service skills
- Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
- Operate scissors, and genie lifts in a safe manner
- Read and understand basic electrical schematic diagrams
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Willingness to attend training classes and seminars
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Possesses tools needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Completion of HVAC trade school - desired
