Wren US Holdings Inc is Hiring a Customer Service Trainer/Quality Coach Near Barre, PA

Actively hiring a Customer Service Trainer/Quality Coach for a large kitchen retailer in Wilkes Barre, PA. To be considered, apply here and we will be in touch with you shortly.

Role: Customer Service Trainer/Quality Coach

You will be pivotal to the development of effective new employees, helping advance our exceptional customer service, and increase positive experiences for our customers and team.

The duties are as follows:

  • Designing and delivering a top tiered training program for all new employees
  • Monitor the effectiveness and quality of Customer Support calls/emails to facilitate employee standard of performance and supply quality reporting to management
  • Supporting the Customer Service Supervisors / Team Leaders with development and assessment of employee’s skills
  • Provide efficient and effective feedback in a timely manner to advisors
  • Coordinate and facilitate call calibration sessions
  • Develop working knowledge and understanding of all products and their enrollment procedures
  • Document findings and provide objective and effective feedback
  • Report findings and feedback to Training Department leadership and Management
  • Document customer contact journeys – identifying areas of opportunity of employee’s skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Customer service experience- 3 years
  • Coaching experience- 1 year
  • Must be Microsoft Office efficient
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Fast learner of complex topics with high memory retention and ability to think critically
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
  • Strong data presentation skills

Details

Pay: $40,000- $50,000 (corresponding with experience) bonuses

Shift: Monday- Friday, 40 hours/week

Benefits: Full benefits (Health, Vision, dental, 401k, etc.)
