As an Assistant General Manager, you'll step in for the General Manager when needed, ensuring seamless operations.

You'll support delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, managing the showroom team to exceed sales targets, uphold standards, and champion company values.

Collaborating with Installation Managers, you'll maintain service standards, while optimizing appointment volumes by strategically allocating customer requests.

You'll handle escalations and issue resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and team efficiency.

You will earn a base salary of $61,600 annually with uncapped commission potential, leading to an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $110,000
