Full Time Community Manager position soon to be available at Timberline Apartments in Tigard, OR. Timberline is a Conventional, 130 unit well maintained garden style apartment community with two bedroom, two bath apartment homes.
The Community Manager is responsible for Leasing & qualifying of applicants, Resident, Staff & Vendor Management and overall financial and economic success of the property. This position is responsible for overseeing 3 staff members and is expected to be able to professionally and effectively work with and manage their team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years previous Management experience in the property management industry, be extremely detail oriented, professional and a self-starter, have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, and email. Experience with AppFolio & Tenant Tech is a plus. Must have current knowledge of Oregon Landlord Tenant Law and Fair Housing Laws.
Our teams have regular opportunities for training in the property management field and to further their skill-sets. Teams are supported and regularly visited by the Portfolio Manager and VP of Operations.
On-Site living is required for this position. Compensation includes a Salary plus a two bedroom apartment home and a generous benefits package including 401k match, group medical plan, annual bonus opportunity, paid holidays and 3 weeks paid time off.
Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Some weekends and additional hours may be required as needed.
