Woven Care is looking for an ABA Scheduler to join our team! The ABA Scheduler is responsible for coordinating care between the Behavior Technicians and their clients to maximize employee and client attendance and satisfaction.

This role is a part of our administrative support team that plays a vital role in advancing our mission to unlock the full potential of every child. Every team member at Woven Care is passionate about providing best-in-class support to our clinical teammates, who in turn deliver the highest quality therapy to our clients.

Position Goals and Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain familiarity with the EMR online scheduling system 
  • Demonstrate competency in navigating the system and accessing necessary information 
  • Create staff schedules based on staff/client location and schedule availability 
  • Coordinate with the Manager of ABA Operations to effectively structure caseloads and manage capacity 
  • Minimize non-billable time assigned to RBTs and maximize billable time (goal is at or greater than 80% utilization) 
  • Work collaboratively with BCBAs to gain approval of schedule changes and modifications, as needed
  • Make daily schedule changes within a timely manner, to allow for timely conversion (EOD) 
  • Prioritize workload to be most efficient and effective across tasks 
  • Communicate any opportunities to the Manager of ABA Operations, and provide feedback and solutions to any outstanding issues with the ABA scheduling process
  • Assist the scheduling team in covering clinics should the need arise
  • Perform and report on a monthly attendance audit for clients
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

Position Qualifications and Credentials:
  • Minimum Education level required: High school diploma. 
  • Experience with scheduling, preferably within the context of ABA services 
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills

Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Compensation Range
  • $17 - $20/hour
