Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 1 PM AND 5 PM - 9 PM

Key Responsibilities :
Engage in effective customer service, addressing insurance needs and resolving inquiries.
Execute telemarketing strategies to expand the client base through proactive client outreach.
Manage and administer client benefits, ensuring accurate and prompt processing.
Keep abreast of market trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and deliver premium service levels.
Uphold client privacy and ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements :
Strong communication skills with clear and fluent speech.
Ability to work flexible morning and evening shifts.
A minimum commitment of 50-60 hours per week.
Licensing in 33 states (details provided upon application).
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits :
Pure commission-based earnings with potential first-year incomes ranging from $80K for newer agents to over $150K for top performers.
No experience necessary; comprehensive training provided with a proven system for success.
