Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Remote Licensed Medicare Agent to manage inbound calls, guiding customers through their Medicare options with professionalism and ensuring they receive unparalleled service.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in Medicare sales by handling inbound calls with professionalism.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, providing reliable Medicare solutions.
• Efficiently manage and document customer interactions and sales activities.
• Keep abreast of the latest Medicare products and services to offer informed guidance.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Health license.
• Proven experience in Medicare sales.
• Licensed in a minimum of 20 states.
• Active AHIP certification and the ability to secure releases from current carriers.
• Demonstrated success in telesales, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• For remote work: A personal computer (excluding Chromebooks or netbooks), a reliable internet connection (100Mbps or better), a quiet workspace, and a headset are required.

Compensation:

• Position type: 1099
• Our agents enjoy a lucrative compensation structure, with earnings ranging from $1,200 to $4,000 weekly.
