Your Role :
Key Responsibilities :
Serve potential clients within office hours, utilizing provided leads and a dialer system to maximize sales opportunities.
Stay informed on health insurance policies and regulations to provide accurate advice.
Requirements :
Open to candidates with or without prior experience in health insurance sales.
A license in health insurance is preferred; exceptional candidates will be considered and supported in obtaining licensure.
Familiarity with the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) and state-specific regulations is advantageous.
Earning Potential :
Operate on a pure commission basis, offering significant earning potential.
Competitive commission structure : 40% of core and 100% on add-ons, with ACA deals at $30 each.
