The Worth It Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of various Worth It sessions, along with the supervision of volunteers. The Coordinator is responsible for making and maintaining meaningful connections with county specific service providers. They serve as the liaison between service providers and participants, and work to develop a comprehensive network of services for each participant. This is a full time salaried position. Most work will be completed remotely but active Worth It sessions require the Coordinator to be on site.

Bench Assistant Store Manager | Worthwhile Thrift
The Bench Assistant Manager’s role is to learn the Assistant Manager & Store Manager position with the intent to find placement at another Worthwhile Thrift location. While training they will support the Store Manager in leading the store team (staff & volunteers). This is done through day to day administrative tasks as well as maintaining the store culture, encouraging team members in their roles, leading by example, being creative and monitoring sales. This is a full time, salaried, position with benefits. While working in the store they will also work with the Director of Thrift on projects including preparing for the next Worthwhile Thrift location.

Store Support Associate | Worthwhile Thrift Collegeville & Plumsteadville
The store support role is to provide support in most areas of the store as laid out below. Individuals must be enthusiastic and have the ability to provide excellent customer service. This is a part-time position.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Sort, clean, price & stock all categories including housewares, shoes, books & clothing.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor & work space.
- Perform cash register duties.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with sales floor resets.
- Maintain and create attractive displays.
- Actively communicate with customers about Worthwhile Wear and its mission.
- Assist with sorting and processing incoming donations.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Saturday availability.
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Resident Support Staff (House Coach) | The Well
The Well, a long-term residential restorative program, is looking to fill part time Resident Support Staff positions. Hours: Day-time 8am - 4pm, Evenings 4p-9p or 4-11p, Saturdays and Sundays 8a-4p and 4-9 or 4-11 pm evenings. Schedule will be consistent week to week.
QUALIFICATIONS
- An Associates’ Degree in behavioral or social sciences, social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred but alternatively, a high School diploma\GED with two years of direct service experience or trauma-related work experience is also accepted.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and/or residential services to women.
- Excellent time-management, organizational and communication skills.
$18.50/hour for weekend/evening shifts, $17/hour for day shifts
