At Worldwide Foam, we're searching for a skilled Production Associate to join our dynamic team. You'll have the chance to operate machinery, inspect products, and play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

SHIFT: 7:00am-3:30pm M-F (Overtime as needed)
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

What you'll do:

• Assist with operating production equipment, ensuring optimal function and output.
• Inspect finished products with a keen eye, maintaining the highest standards.
• Transport materials, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate effectively and support your colleagues in achieving production goals.
• Adapt to new tasks and solve problems as they arise, always prioritizing safety and quality.
• Learn from experienced team members and potentially become forklift certified to expand your responsibilities.

Who you are:

• You have 3 years of experience in a production setting, bringing efficiency and reliability to your work.
• You have a sharp eye for detail, ensuring quality standards are met every step of the way.
