Worldwide Flight Services is Hiring a Recruiting Specialist Near Queens, NY
- Maintaining Control of Airport Security ID Cards.
- Communicating with the Port Authority and Customs and Border Protection on a regular basis
- Fingerprinting / CHRC Requirement.Scheduling SIDA/Security Awareness, Authorized Signatory, Adding Driver.
- New and Renewal applications, Lost ID, replacement, cancellation, Expired Card, Mutilation, Suspending Access, and Locked out of a badge.
- Report Lost, Stolen, Non-Returned Card.
- Schedule for Security BOR class.
- Approval Notification Denial of an Application.
- Customs and Border Protection quarterly Audit and Port Authority Reverse Audits.
- Add and Delete Access.
- Non-Recovered Airport Security ID Cards.
- Other Recruitment and Onboarding duties as assigned.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Able to work at a fast pace.
- Flexible with schedule; may work some weekends.
- Capable of working independently
- Strong computer skills; MS Office, Word, Excel.
- Fluent in English, in written and oral form.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Work Hours are from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.
- College degree preferred.
- Familiarity with personal computer software helpful.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills.

- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- Walk short distances.
- Reach above and/or below shoulder.
- Handle/grasp documents or office equipment.
- Sit and/or stand for short or extended periods of time.
- Lift/carry/move objects, files and documents up to 10 pounds.
- Work in an office environment using standard office equipment.
- Talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
