Duties include but not limited to:

• Manage employee communications and expectations
• Manage daily evening meeting to set expectations and coordinate among the locations
• Plans, schedules, and manages the inbound and outbound Linehaul Operations for the hub. Analyzes mainline and satellite operations to maximize tractor usage and minimize Linehaul costs
• Manages Linehaul schedules and plans to maximize capacity, minimize partial trailer loads and ensure service integrity for specific areas
• Ensuring that all operational activities are conducted in compliance with federal, state, local, and concerning safety.

• Responsible for time management in creating an environment conducive to effectiveness when it comes to employee’s time keeping, adhere to schedule, setting of priorities, and meeting deadlines.

• Manages subordinate supervisors and associates in warehouse and Transportation

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

• Responsibilities include planning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Coordinating emergency maintenance repairs such as electrical, tires, or any mechanical issues.
