We are looking for a skilled Digital Print Operator to join our team in Hialeah, FL. The Digital Print Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining our large format digital printing equipment, ensuring that all print jobs are produced with the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain digital printing equipment, including wide/large format printers.
• Set up printing jobs by selecting appropriate materials, colors, and layouts.
• Use custom software to manage color and ensure consistent color output across all printed materials.
• Review job orders and ensure that all customer requirements are met.
• Adjust printer settings as needed to achieve optimal print quality and color accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, including cleaning, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Monitor print jobs to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage inventory of printing supplies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printing equipment and software as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all printing jobs, color profiles, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in digital printing operations is preferred.
• Experience with wide/large format printing equipment and software.
• Experience in graphic design.
• Experience with color management and the ability to create and maintain color profiles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
