WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for an Operations Specialist who will be responsible for overseeing all necessary duties to sustain maingoal of ensuring a smooth delivery experience for the Builder Direct accountspurchasing our home appliances (HA). You will work with third party vendor(s),multiple internal corporate teams: Logistics Outbound, Reverse Logistics, SupplyChain, Accounts Payable, Order management, Sales and Service, as well asBuilder Direct account representatives. You will support order creation & operations for theBuilder Direct network; this includes our single family division and ourmulti-family division.

You will be expected to execute the operational duties to ensureorders are created correctly, as well as support our contact center and vendoroperations to ensure they are in alignment with approved operationalgoals. You will be responsible for auditing thevendor(s) daily, weekly and monthly deliverables against their contractualobligations and KPI’s. Supports order creation, site plan reviews, processimprovement, new SOP implementation, and ad hoc requests.

You will serve as a liaison between company and BuilderDirect account representatives. You will strive to maintain thestanding relationship between company and the Builder Direct account byensuring that all issues are remedied in a timely manner, while adhering to policies and procedures.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Builder Direct escalations.
  • Ramp up projects to launch new builder communities with appliances.
  • Supportnew builder site launch, including pre-walk, and final mile coordination.
  • Ownthe onboarding process for new accounts, effectively managing, tracking, andcoordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to execute all setup steps in atimely manner.
  • Collaboratewith internal stakeholders, customers, and third parties to gather and submitrequired information accurately.
  • Manageprojects for new customers, improvement opportunities, or other ad hoc projectsas needed.
  • Transactional coordination to ensure smoothdelivery to consumers.
  • Interact with multiple departments (internal andexternal):
  • BuilderDirect representatives (External - staff)
  • DeliveryPartner (External- staff)
  • Company Departments (Internal – staff)
  • BusinessCenter Vendor (External - Supervisor teams to floor associates)
Required Experience and Education:
  • 4 years' of experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • Some experience with Agile project/procedure management (preferred).
  • Vendor experience with contact centers, hand-onexperience with customer service, order management, vendor training, and salesoperations.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations or with limiteddirection - Works effectively with competing priorities.
  • Sales-driven; and can perform root-cause analysis toquickly find and present resolutions – looking for someone that is tactical.
  • Strong interpersonal, and communication skillsto coordinate and support transactions across multiple teams.
  • Stays up-to-date.
  • Caneasily document a new process or problem.
  • Cancollect and condense data into information that can be acted on.
  • Excelswith computer software programs, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word and new/emergingpresentation programs.
  • Ability to build internal cross-functional relationships and partnerships.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.Must be able to occasionally work nights and weekends.

Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
