System Administrator (system1318)
World gate recruiter team seeks a driven, self-motivated Systems Administrator who works effectively both independently and within a team environment. Your success is our success. Thus, you will receive the tools needed to achieve success.
Responsibilities
- Planning routine audits of systems and software
- Performing backups
- Administering WSUS and software patching
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software
- Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
- Answering technical queries and dealing with users
- Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system
- Troubleshooting any reported problems
- Interact with third-party IT Vendors
- Monitor activities of third-party IT Vendors.
- System performance tuning
- Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running
- Office365 Administration
- SQL Server administration
- Active Directory
- Manage Hyper-V Virtual Machines
- SQL Database administration in a production environment.
- Windows and Hyper-V administration in a production environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2012-2022
- Windows Server Certification is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to meet commitments
- 3 year Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory
- Experience/knowledge of network technologies
- Decent knowledge of SQL
- 3 years of Microsoft365 Experience
