Your Role:

As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to generate leads.
• Schedule appointments for sales and service departments.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Contribute to our team's reputation as the best in the business by maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

We Need You If:

• You have experience in automotive sales or a BDC role.
• Familiar with Vin Solutions.
• Are strong with Auto Alert.
• Enjoy new car leads and finance leads.
• You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You're driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
