What you’ll be doing:

  • Initiating warehouse and work cell implementation – Poke Yokes
  • Utilizing Project management and risk management skills
  • Providing feedback to supplier on quality and packaging 
  • Conducting customer scheduled visits
  • Ensuring targeted response time when problem solving and communications 
  • Partnering with customer(s) to observe challenges
  • Communicating on parts with team
  • Validating assembly process is achieving print result
  • Managing internal and external resolution 
  • Completing internal quality performance communication
  • Managing inspection process including Poke Yoke creation, resourcing, when to apply and structure
  • Completing inspections
  • Fostering teamwork
  • Completing daily inspection of workstation fixtures
  • Lifting 10-15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to a minimal amount frequently
  • Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shift
  • Performing other duties as assigned
