REQUIREMENTS:
18 years of age
General math knowledge (especially fractions) and tape measure usage
PREFERENCES:
Experience with doors, windows, lumber and building industry a plus, but not a requirement if you are eager to learn.
JOB DUTIES:
Opening units of lumber to restock warehouse and lumberyard
Removing staples
Folding Tarps
Picking up banding/stickers
Safe placement of material for employees and customers
Correct placement of signage
Clean up
Sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows
Pick up debris
Garbage duty
Cleaning bathroom
Helping assist customers in warehouse and lumber yard
Cash out customers
General customer service
Answer incoming calls in a timely manner.
Provide a professional and courteous environment for our customers.
HOURS:
40 hours per week 8-5
SCHEDULE:
Flexible schedule, but must work at least 2-3 Saturdays a month, typically every other. No Sundays.
BENEFITS:
PTO after 60 days (40 hours total per year as accumulated)
6 paid holidays: New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas(8 hour day if you're 32 hours/week & 4 hour day if below 32 hours/week)
401K with 4% match (benefit starts 1 year after hire and 1000 worked hours, must be 18 years old to participate and sign ups are in January or July)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Routinely lift 25 lbs., occasionally lift up to 80 lbs.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions, as needed
Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
Work indoors in a normal office environment for an entire day
Stoop, bend, walk, and effectively communicate at levels normal for someone performing work with the general public primarily in a retail sales environment
Communication forms can include but are not limited to: in-person verbal and non-verbal, written, email and telephone.
