Job Duties:
Manufacture signs and graphics in specified timelines for a range of clients.
Manufacturing signs and graphics and maintaining back of house cleanliness standards.
Review approved renders/artwork for manufacture, understanding the scope of the work. Assembly of signs, following company standards and packaging completed jobs.
Work in a production environment and a high percentage of the day is spent weeding, masking, cutting, laminating, and laying signs, whilst maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Keep flexible work procedures and excellent time keeping to meet changing demands as dictated by production schedules (rush jobs) and workflow ensuring client's timelines are met
Adhering to company policies and safety regulations and risk assessments.
Recommending improvements to quality of service and efficiency conferring with your team leader.
Maintaining a clean and controlled workspace to allow job to move freely and others to share the workspace
Maintain excellent levels of house keeping
Ensure the highest standards of quality control using learned techniques.
Give full support to team leader
Report any near misses and close out where possible
Maintain ALL equipment in line with company policies

Hours/Wage and Benefits:
$16.00 - $22.00 - Employee discount on Products
