The Role: Manufacture signs and graphics in specified timelines for a range of clients; maintain back of house cleanliness standards.

- Eighteen (18) years of age
- No experience necessary this employer is willing to train qualified applicant

- The position is primarily based in the back of house and a high percentage of the day is spent weeding, masking, cutting, laminating, and laying signs, whilst maintaining a clean and safe environment
- This employer conducts a background check before first day of employment

Job Duties (daily):
- Review approved renders/artwork for manufacture, understanding the scope of the work
- Assembly of signs, following company standards and packaging completed jobs

- Learning and development acquiring new skills in the workplace through on the job training developing company standard techniques and competence in the output of sign jobs
Efficiency:
- Work effectively within the team to include:
- Excellent time keeping to ensure client's timelines are met
- Keep flexible work procedures to meet changing demands as dictated by production schedules (rush jobs) and workflow
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations and risk assessments. Recommend improvements to quality of service and efficiency conferring with your team leader
- Maintain a clean and controlled workspace to allow job to move freely and others to share the workspace
Quality:
- Maintain excellent levels of house keeping
- Ensure the highest standards of quality control are achieved using learned techniques.
- Give full support to team leader
- Report any near misses and close out where possible
- Maintain ALL equipment in line with company policies

$16-$22/hour Depending on Experience
