Works Plumbing of Pacifica, CA is to fill full-time and part-time CSR / Customer Service Rep positions to handle client calls regarding their plumbing needs, discuss them with the homeowners, and make the schedules for the technicians. This position has flexible schedules available with no mandatory work on Sundays and no mandatory on-call. For those that would like to work on Saturdays, we offer an optional shift. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR / Customer Service Rep
Your primary goal is to ensure ultimate scheduling efficiency and make sure our clients are being heard. Maximizing time and mileage, you work hard to ensure that customer service expectations are exceeded. You spend your workday in the office on the phone or computer providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Through phone calls, you inform clients of arrival times or any potential delays.
