Job descriptions:

? Assist managing the companys financial statements, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and various special analyses

? Handle internal report and financial analysis reports

? Assist affiliates BOD meetings and other business update meetings

? Studying and assisting IPO process in the US market and related capital market monitoring, research and analysis

? Analyze costs and actual business performance for the company and its affiliates

? Draft and assist in KPI management, business planning, bookkeeping, budgeting, cash flow planning and risk management outlook for the company and its affiliates or for specific projects

? Handle other general office tasks

Requirements:

? Around 3-5 years of professional work experience

? A solid understanding of financial reporting, treasury, tax, accounting principles (IFRS and GAAP) and other related reporting and analysis

? Good report-writing and communication skills- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.), SAP, and other financial software

? Bilingual (English/Korean) is required

? Must be legally eligible to work in the US

? Attention to details and ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

? Good understanding of contents business with focus on scripted/non-scripted production structuring, distribution, and related business opportunities

? Good understanding of contents business value chain, major players in the market, and key terms for business structuring both at project and company level
