We are hiring an experienced Crew Lead for our construction company in Knoxville. We specialize in outdoor living spaces and hardscapes. Pay ranges from $27 to $33 per hour, with weekly pay, paid time off, and 8-10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of construction experience, including deck building, remodel work, and carpentry
• Reliable transportation, own tools, and a valid driver's license
• Ability to read construction drawings, lead a team, and solve problems creatively

Duties:

• Lead a crew on residential projects including decks, pergolas, concrete work, framing, drywall, trim, and more
• Ensure high-quality work and maintain a family-friendly atmosphere
