Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience

· Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality control.

· Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a drive for continuous improvement.

· Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a 2-2-3 rotation schedule.

· Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.

· Familiarity with using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.

· Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

· Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling
