Job Overview
In this integral role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of common medical conditions. As a Family Medicine NP or PA, you will perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans. You will also emphasize health promotion and disease prevention, educate patients and families, and offer guidance on healthy lifestyle choices. Collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, will be a key aspect of your role. • Master's degree with licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of California
• Specialization in Family Medicine with relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
