Night Auditor - Part time -Fri & Sat:

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Night Auditor to join our team. This individual will need to be flexible to work 2 shift (Friday and Saturday)

Night Auditor - must have hotel experience

The Night Auditor will:

  • Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, and guest and house accounts and telephone revenue; assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues.
  • He/She will transmit credit card batches. Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents.
  • You will act as hotel system liaison during night hours and perform all Guest Service Representative Functions as required; you may assist in booking room reservations; answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of message.
  • You may also assist with other duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus one-year front desk/guest service experience.
  • Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
  • This job requires ability to perform the following:
  • Remain stationary for extended periods of time
  • Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Handling objects, products and computer equipment
  • Use a keyboard to operate various property management and reservations systems, etc.
  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests and employees.
  • Reading and writing abilities are utilized often.
  • Basic math skills are used frequently.
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating and training abilities are often used.
  • Will be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Opera Experience preferred
  • 10-19
