Responsibilities

• Configure product demonstrations based on potential client requirements
• Attend discovery calls with potential clients to gain an understanding of their workforce management requirements
• Prepare detailed demonstration documentation
• Manage multiple projects and tasks with strict deadlines
• Conduct occasional presentations to internal staff and prospects

Requirements

• Ability to learn WorkForce Software’s product configuration
• Previous experience with complex software configuration desirable
• Knowledge of databases and SQL
• Must work well as a team member and be motivated individually
• Be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Travel

• Occasional travel may be required. Travel is less than 10%

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
