This is a full-time on-site role as a Hourly/Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships and upselling products.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Good knowledge of appliances or and/or ability to learn new products.
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory control.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
